Who was Granny Lefum?

Granny Lefum, a member of the Windrush Generation, was my children's grandmother. Known for her skills in baking and sewing, she was a talented seamstress who made clothes for the family. As the children grew curious about various items in the house, she would simply say "LEFUM" (leave it). When the children asked their mother about the meaning of the word, Granny Lefum became a part of their family lore. The family created this website to honour her legacy.
